Mayoral Debate Questions – RULES

1. Questions will be accepted in the following forms: email, fax, hand-written (dropped off at the station or mailed).
2. Phone-in questions WILL BE ACCEPTED during the March debate.  The phone number is 920-748-5111.
3. Email questions must be received at least one day BEFORE the debate.  This is so we make sure we get all the questions and can have them ready the morning of.
4. Email questions may be sent to news@wrpnam.com.  Please put something about the debate in the subject heading.
5. Questions must include your FIRST AND LAST NAME.  We will not read your full name on the air, just your first name. (Ex. This question is from Jane.  She asks…)  
6. Via phone, we will ask for your name, but still only use your first name while introducing you.
7. Limit of two questions asked per person.  Please keep them precise and to the point.  Time is limited.
8. Questions must be directed towards both candidates. 
9. Questions must remain tactful – emails are subject to approval and vulgarity or slander will not be tolerated.
10. Candidates WILL NOT receive prior knowledge of the questions. 
11. Candidate will be given equal time to answer questions.  It is up to them whether they need the entire time to answer.
